1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between winpkr18 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("the Player", "you", "your") with respect to your use of the winpkr18 website located at winpkr18.bet and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

By completing the registration process on winpkr18, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unequivocally confirm that you have attained the minimum eligible age, that you are acting on your own behalf, and that your use of the winpkr18 Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the winpkr18 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold a player account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on winpkr18. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the deposited amount returned at winpkr18's sole discretion pending verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law and where you are legally permitted to participate in such activities.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by winpkr18 or any affiliated operator.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of winpkr18 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the winpkr18 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winpkr18 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts identified as duplicates and to void any bets placed or winnings accrued through such accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify winpkr18 promptly of any changes.

As part of its KYC and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations, winpkr18 may request the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence linking the payment method used (e.g., JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet) to the registered account holder.
• Source of Funds: For large transactions, winpkr18 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. winpkr18 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of delays in processing caused by incomplete KYC submissions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the winpkr18 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winpkr18 does not apply hidden currency conversion margins. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual transaction limits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and bank account)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet and bank account)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer

4.1 Deposits: Funds deposited into your winpkr18 account are for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform only. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. winpkr18 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. winpkr18 targets a withdrawal processing time of two (2) to five (5) business hours for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for AML compliance before funds are released. winpkr18 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your winpkr18 account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by winpkr18 at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as dormant. winpkr18 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in your account settings. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction being applied.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on winpkr18 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, and market as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall take precedence.

5.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by winpkr18. The Company reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a player is suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, where market integrity may be compromised, or where technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

5.2 Palpable Errors: In the event that odds, lines, or casino game parameters are displayed as a result of a manifest error or technical fault, winpkr18 reserves the right to void any bets placed on such markets and to return stakes to the player's account. winpkr18 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from reliance on erroneous odds.

5.3 Cricket Betting: Live and pre-match cricket betting on the winpkr18 Platform — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — is governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform. All cricket bet settlements are based on official results published by the relevant cricket governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).

5.4 Disputed Results: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with winpkr18 customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winpkr18 offers various bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus conditions apply across all winpkr18 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Bonuses are denominated in PKR and are credited to your bonus wallet. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to expiry as stated in each offer.
• winpkr18 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse is suspected.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus concurrently.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpkr18 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in connection with sporting events offered on winpkr18.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the winpkr18 Platform to facilitate, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment reversals, or any other payment fraud.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at winpkr18 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winpkr18 Platform — including but not limited to the winpkr18 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, website design, graphics, text, odds data, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winpkr18 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winpkr18 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any winpkr18 intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr18 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if winpkr18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.1 winpkr18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpkr18 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, or government-mandated restrictions.

9.2 In all cases where winpkr18 is found liable, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winpkr18 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by winpkr18 is governed by the winpkr18 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

winpkr18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
